Patricia Wilczynski Brozek, Partner
Patricia Wilczynski Brozek has vast experience in a variety of intellectual property areas, including utility patents, design patents, trademarks, copyrights and related agreements, and litigation. She focuses primarily on domestic and foreign trademark and design registration procurement and post-registration practice. Related services include clearance searches, counseling and advice, trademark-related agreements, and consultation on trademark-related litigation.
She has experience before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board with respect to ex parte appeals, as well as opposition and cancellation proceedings, foreign proceedings, and domain name disputes.
Ms. Wilczynski Brozek works across a number of industries, including medical devices, mechanical arts, apparel, food and beverages, and the wine industry. She has lectured on issues involving intellectual property law for several professional associations.
