Founded in 2004 and based in Huntington, Long Island, a suburb of New York City, the firm has built a reputation for delivering practical, strategic IP counsel grounded in deep technical and legal expertise.
From 2016 through 2025, the founder and principal of WBLaw operated in a practiced partnership as Pokalsky Wilczynski Brozek LLP or PWB. In 2025, WBLaw absorbed the practice of PWB maintaining its longstanding presence in the field, reflecting a flexible and client-focused approach to service. Today, Wilczynski Brozek Law continues that tradition with a refined identity and the same commitment to excellence.
