Wilczynski Brozek Law (formerly PWB) is an intellectual property law firm with extensive experience across all phases of patent, trademark, copyright, design, and trade secret law. Founded in 2004 and based in Huntington, Long Island, a suburb of New York City, the firm has built a reputation for delivering practical, strategic IP counsel grounded in deep technical and legal expertise.

From 2016 through 2025, the founder and principal of WBLaw operated in a practiced partnership as Pokalsky Wilczynski Brozek LLP or PWB. In 2025, WBLaw absorbed the practice of PWB maintaining its longstanding presence in the field, reflecting a flexible and client-focused approach to service. Today, Wilczynski Brozek Law continues that tradition with a refined identity and the same commitment to excellence. Each of our attorneys has a strong educational foundation in their respective scientific or technological disciplines, along with industry experience and decades of intellectual property law practice. Serving clients as diverse as start-up companies, global corporations, small businesses, and universities, the firm works closely with in-house counsel, senior management, technology transfer personnel, project team leaders, and inventors.

All of our attorneys are registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and over the course of their careers have obtained hundreds of U.S. patents and trademarks for clients worldwide. The firm maintains a trusted network of foreign associates across Europe and dozens of other countries, including China, Japan, Australia, and Canada, enabling seamless coordination of international patent and trademark protection.

In addition to securing patents, trademarks, service marks, and copyrights, Wilczynski Brozek Law advises clients on critical and evolving areas of intellectual property law, including developments under the America Invents Act and the Defend Trade Secrets Act.
